Product Warranty
If your wetsuit does not fit, we offer free adjustments within six months, even after use. However, charges will apply for alterations due to changes in body size or for corrections to measurements taken by yourself.
Repair
To ensure you can use our products for as long as possible,
we also offer paid repairs for damages and tears caused by the customer.
STEP2
Provide a rough estimate of the costs:
- Tears or splits: 1,100 to 4,400 yen
- Part replacement: 4,400 to 9,900 yen
STEP4
After confirming the payment, repair will begin.
Repair period: approximately 30-60 days.
*Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of deterioration.
