Upon successful completion of payment, the production process for the ordered products typically requires a timeframe of 30-45 days before they are ready to be shipped. However, it is important to note that during peak season, which spans from October through March, the production period may extend beyond the aforementioned 45-day estimate.

For deliveries outside Okinawa Prefecture and the remote islands of Okinawa Prefecture, a shipping charge of 2,200 yen is applicable. Within Okinawa Prefecture, specifically the main island, a shipping charge of 1,100 yen is incurred. Alternatively, customers have the option of picking up their orders directly from the store, with no additional charges.

Please be aware that returns will not be accepted for products ordered in their entirety.

The expected delivery time is usually between 7 to 30 days. However, please be aware that unforeseen delays in delivery may occur due to international conditions or inclement weather.

The warranty policy for wetsuits manufactured using Yamamoto Chemical #45 material is valid for a period of 6 months.
For all other wetsuits, the warranty extends to 1 year.
It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, tears, discoloration, fading, stains, or size defects resulting from changes in body shape.
