International Shipping

Shipping fees are not included in the product price.
Depending on the product, additional import taxes (customs duties, consumption tax) may apply. Please follow the instructions from your local customs office and make the necessary payments. If additional import taxes apply, please pay them directly to the shipping carrier. Production will begin at the factory once payment is completed.

After payment is completed, production usually takes 30 to 45 days, and the product will be shipped. Delivery time is usually expected to take between 7 to 30 days, but it may be delayed due to international situations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Warranty Policy

Wetsuits made with Yamamoto Chemical #45 material are covered for 6 months, while other products are covered for 1 year.

Please note that damage caused by nails, tears, discoloration, fading, stains, or size issues due to body shape changes are not covered under the warranty. Please keep your warranty certificate safe, as the warranty will not be applicable without it.
